Bulldogs Football Association - About Us

Calgary Bulldogs Football Association is a non-profit organization formed in 2007 to support the Bulldogs tackle football programs. There are four levels of Football operating in the Bulldogs program:

Atom division for players ages 7 – 10;
Pee Wee division for players ages 11 – 12;
Bantam division for players ages 13 – 15;
Midget division for players going in to Grades 10, 11 & 12.

The mandate of the Bulldogs Football Association is to assist the on-going operation and future development of our tackle football programs through administrative and financial support. The Bulldogs Association, through our Football teams, offers young athletes the opportunity to participate in a team sport that develops self-confidence, respect for others, commitment and dedication, physical skills and abilities and new friendships. Each of our programs stresses the importance of skill development, preparation and discipline. Participation on any of the teams requires commitment and respect from the players. In return, the Coaches provide players with an atmosphere of excellence, competitiveness and fun.

The Bulldogs Association provides administrative support to all four teams. This includes coordinating practice field bookings, recruiting players prior to the season, equipment purchasing, maintenance and storage and fundraising. The Bulldogs Football Association is also responsible for managing all funds related to our Football programs.
The 2009 Executive is as follows:
