The Bulldogs provide tackle football for Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget football players who live in Calgary south of Anderson Road and west of MacLeod Trail. The Bulldogs are one of the most successful football programs in Calgary with a Provincial Championship, three Provincial Finalist, five City Championship and two City Finalist teams in the last four years.

Eligibility

Each year, many players in all program levels are first-time players, so prior football experience is not a requirement.

There are no specific requirements for physical size and athletic ability. Football, through its application of specific positional play, is a game that can be played by a broad variety of body and ability types. The best thing a prospective player can bring to tryouts is a desire to play and a good attitude.

Boundaries:

To play for any of the Bulldogs teams, the player must reside within the following communities:

Bridlewood, Canyon Meadows, Evergreen, Millrise, Shawnessy, Silverado, Somerset, Tsuu T'ina First Nation, Woodbine and Woodlands.

Bulldogs territory is South of Anderson Road to the city limits and West of Macleod Trail to the city limits and includes the Tsuu T'ina Lands.

*Players in other areas MUST obtain a release from their designated team before they will be allowed to participate in any Bulldogs Football activities.
