Eligibility

Each year, many players in all program levels are first-time players, so prior football experience is not a requirement.

There are no specific requirements for physical size and athletic ability. Football, through its application of specific positional play, is a game that can be played by a broad variety of body and ability types. The best thing a prospective player can bring to tryouts is a desire to play and a good attitude.

Boundaries

To play for any of the Bulldogs teams, the player must reside within the following communities:

Bridlewood, Canyon Meadows, Evergreen, Millrise, Shawnessy, Shawnee Slopes, Silverado, Somerset, Tsuu T’ina First Nation, Woodbine, Woodlands and Priddis.

Bulldogs territory is south of Anderson Road to the city limits and west of Macleod Trail to the city limits and includes the Tsuu T’ina Lands.

*Players in other areas MUST obtain a release from their designated team before they will be allowed to participate in any Bulldogs Football activities.
